Tell me if this sounds like you:
You want to have a quieter mind and feel more at ease inside
You need to have more peace in your life so you're not always fighting your obsessive thoughts and compulsions
You're over trying to distract yourself from your obsessional thoughts or refraining from doing your compulsions
You're tired of all the strategies, and still feel hopeless and tortured
You wish there was another way to lessen the hold OCD had over your life without having to rely on medication or other methods
Good News!
I help my clients with those same problems every single day.
And if you're like any of them, you've probably made some of the same mistakes.
Mistakes like...
Mistake 1:
Thinking your particular kind of OCD is hard to treat and that nothing will help.
You may have heard that "Pure O" is the hardest type of OCD to treat or that we're still learning exactly what "Relationship OCD" is. What if these were just terms someone created? What if we could believe anything we want about our OCD or any thought we have?
It doesn't matter what type of OCD you suffer from - contamination, scrupulosity, harm. These are the themes of your OCD, but they don't carry any weight. Although the content may seem scary and tailor-made for you, it is actually totally irrelevant to having a quieter mind.
The approach I share in The OCD Peace Plan™ is powerful because it works on a deeper level beyond any one type of OCD or even any one condition. It helps you tap into that which is universal in all of us, and get curious about the beliefs we've always held about ourselves.Mistake 2:
Believing that psychologists/psychiatrists and medication are the only things that can help.
If you're already seeing a mental health professional, or taking medication, that is not a problem. I have been there and they can be helpful. But if you're here, you may still be looking for relief and are probably curious about different modalities.
The approach I share in The OCD Peace Plan™ does not conflict with whatever treatment you follow but it does look at psychology in a new way. And in my opinion, it goes farther than medication can. In my course, we will not be exploring the content of your OCD, or try to treat it...
We will be looking at how beliefs are created, how our psychological experience is constantly changing, and how we don't need to actually do anything to change what is happening. If this seems contrary to everything you've ever been taught, then this course is for you!Mistake 3:
Believing you just need tools and strategies, not some pie-in-the-sky concept.
I get it. We are all so used to learning tips to do in the moment when we're feeling anxious. I tried every technique there was to help stop my obsessional thoughts - meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, "just sitting with it." But I felt like a failure when my thoughts would come back or in a new form.
While techniques to quell our anxious thoughts may help short-term, it's coming to a deeper understanding of how the mind and thoughts really work that leads to greater internal shifts in the long-term.
As the old saying goes: "Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime." Anyone can give you a fish. I will help teach you to fish by uncovering what is already inside of you and guide you to see your innate health and well-being.
SPOILER ALERT
You don't need any fixing. Your OCD doesn't need fixing. You are already whole!Imagine...
- There was a way to quiet your noisy mind without using tools or techniques....
- You could finally do the things you haven't been able to do in your life due to your OCD...
- You could actually concentrate on tasks or activities, and hold down a job or live on your own...
- You could be present in conversations with other people and not distracted...
- You spent time doing things you enjoy and that advance your life rather than on compulsions...
- You knew that no matter how you may be feeling in the moment, you were totally OK?

Who is this right for?
Recently Diagnosed
If you've recently been diagnosed with OCD, or are experiencing what you think are obsessions and/or compulsions, you may feel a mixture of relief and fear. And you're probably wondering where to turn next. The OCD Peace Plan™ can save you a lot of time and money by leading you more directly to your inner wisdom and away from the trap of becoming identified with a “mental condition.”
Silent Strugglers
Have you been coping with your OCD a long time? You've likely been going it alone, trying to "work on your OCD" and not sharing your struggle with many others. If you're a Silent Struggler, you've may have tried self-help methods or traditional therapy. For Silent Strugglers out there, The OCD Peace Plan™ can help you not feel alone, and provides guidance that is not based on another technique or strategy to feel better.
Solution Seekers
As a Solution Searcher, you know there is relief to be found - you just need to find the way. I was a Solution Searcher and have a library of OCD books to show for it. You may have tried everything, are exhausted, or are open to seeing your OCD in a new way. The OCD Peace Plan™ will help you end your search to feel better in the future by allowing you to see the perfect state of health you are in right now, and get curious about your moment-to-moment experience.
Basically The OCD Peace Plan™ is for you if....
You want to experience more relief from your OCD.
You've found some freedom from your obsessions and compulsions but know there's more to see around your OCD.
You've experienced some relief from your intrusive thoughts, but not in a lasting way.
You've had some peace in one aspect of your life, but your OCD has shown up in another way.
You want a new way to see your OCD, and a path to quieting your busy mind.
On the flip side, this is not for you if...

Hi! I'm Samantha.
I am a Certified Change Coach who works with people struggling with OCD and anxiety to help them experience less doubt and worry so they can have more happiness and presence in their lives.
My goal is to show them the path to a quieter mind that I took myself.
When not living in my head, I've lived and traveled around the world - Laos, Portugal and Malaysia to name some favorites. My most recent relocation has been to Tennessee, where I currently live with my two insanely adorable cats (who are not as fond of travel).
"Samantha emanates calm energy enabling the person to be themselves which gives them the space to express their deepest thoughts and dig out the turmoil of the moment."

Why did I create this?
I wanted to create a course to share what I've learned in my own struggle with OCD with others who are struggling. I wanted to help those suffering the way I had experience a more quiet mind, and gain a greater understanding of how we don't need to use any strategies or tools to feel better. We've always had all the wisdom we need, we just didn't see it.
I also believe that people deserve to feel empowered in achieving their own health. We all can use help along the way, but there's no greater gift to a person than to help them see that we are all designed perfectly - no matter what we may be experiencing in the moment.
